Submit a Confession
The public deserves to know the truth about your job. We are here to give you the megaphone.
Corporate recruiters lie. Textbooks sanitize. But the veterans working the 12-hour shifts know the actual score. If you have survived the grueling ranks of your profession and want to expose the unwritten rules, the financial reality, and the dark side of your industry, you are in the right place.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for “The 7 Levels” of your specific career. We don’t want generic advice like “work hard and network.” We want the gritty, hyper-realistic details:
- The Reality Check: What does the training or rookie phase actually feel like?
- The Financial Hustle: How do people in your field really make their money? (Overtime tricks, off-duty gigs, bonuses).
- The Dirty Tactics: What are the moral gray areas? How do people bend the rules to survive the system?
- The Burnout Point: At what stage do most people quit, and what is the “Silent Killer” of the profession?
What We Will NOT Publish
- Doxxing or Defamation: Do not use real names of your coworkers, bosses, or specific small businesses. We attack systemic industry problems, not individuals.
- Corporate Fluff: If your submission sounds like a LinkedIn post praising your company’s “synergy,” we will delete it.
- Illegal Confessions: Do not confess to an active, unprosecuted major crime. We are journalists, not your defense attorneys.
The Anonymity Guarantee
Your livelihood is our priority. If you choose to submit anonymously, we will aggressively scrub your story of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We will blur locations, change specific dates, and alter identifying details so your employer can never trace the story back to you.
